Usage: With each 2 Tbs. add 1 cup of cold water, if country style gravy is desired use milk in place of water, stir vigorously until Swiss Instant Gravy Mix is thoroughly dissolved. Place over flame to boil, stirring constantly until desired thickness is obtained. Contains: Flour, food starch, whey, salt, dextrose, sugar, MSG, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, defatted soy flour, calcium sulfate, chicken fat,(BHT and citric acid added to protect flavor), onion powder, tricalcium phosphate (to prevent caking), carrot powder, nonfat milk, buttermilk, spice, tumeric, spice extractive, artifical color (yellow#5, red#40), garlic powder.
