Ground cloves are used in gingerbread, cookies, pies, cakes, applesauce, muffins, and other sweets. Also used in sweet potato dishes and squash dishes.

Used commonly in Middle Eastern cuisine and in curries. When curing a dish, add spice throughout cooking. Contains: turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, pepper, ginger, and cardamon.

Traditionally used in Mexican and Italian cooking. Used in chicken, ribs, chili con carne, pizza and sausage. Also in BBQ, creole, curry, a variety of soups, potatoes, rice, corn or beans, etc.

For tacos, sloppy joes and burritos, etc. Use 1-2 Tbs. per lb. of ground meat or 9 oz. per 10 lbs. of meat. Contains: Salt, onion, garlic, spices, paprika, dextrose, whey, MSG and flavoring.
